笔者从教十余年,刚走进教坛时我雄心勃勃,那时的学生比较单纯,只要精心研究教材、教法,课堂上注意把握好教学的起点、跨度和深度,就能比较轻松地驾驭,并且教学效果也比较好。于是,我的课余时间主要用在对教材教法的研究上,以为只要自己准备到位,课上讲解清晰,学生就一定能听懂学会,成绩就会优异。但是渐渐地,学生学习的主动性慢慢变差,生源情况也不容乐观,我感到自己的那一套教学方法的效果也不尽如人意。学生求知若渴的专注神情不见了,开始有人走神,开始有人睡觉……我陷入了思考,
