本文提出对鼓膜再生过程的一些想法,并根据这种想法提出对不适于首次组织移植鼓室成形的患耳,可利用明胶薄膜(Gelfilm)去诱发新鼓膜。明胶薄膜是无菌非抗原及可吸收的无孔薄膜。它曾用于膜性缺损的修复(如硬脑膜、胸膜、眼外科等)。明胶薄膜厚0.075毫米左右,能切成所需大小和形状。植入各种组织后1—6个月吸收,吸收时间取决于移植部位及大小。由于无组织反应,很少产生粘连。
In this paper, some ideas about the process of eardrum regeneration are proposed. Based on this idea, we propose the use of Gelfilm to evoke new eardrum on the affected ear that is not suitable for the first tissue transposition of the tympanic cavity.
