高空电波传播模型可为涉高空无线电装备试验方案的设计提供理论支撑。区别于地面与海上,它的建立不需要关注复杂地形、海面反射等影响因素,但必须考虑高空的气象数据影响。某地区特定时刻的气象数据中,“温度”与“大气压强”这两项指标之间缺少先验知识,为获得二者之间的函数表达式,首先采用分段多项式进行拟合;然后将“天线高度”数据作为输入向量,“温度”和“大气压强”数据作为期望值向量,通过构建径向基函数网络对这两项数据进行拟合,结果可有效提升数据拟合精度,有助于改进高空电波传播模型在特定地域和特定空域的适用。 The high-altitude electromagnetic wave propagation model can provide theoretical support for the design of the experimental program of high altitude radio equipment.
