员工为企业管理之对象,也是企业管理之主体,而工会是维系企业和员工的纽带,维护员工在企业中应享有民主权利、参政权利、监督权利是工会工作的重点。同时工会工作还要注重“桥架、纽带、支柱”作用的发挥。工会工作不是游离于经济和现实之外的清谈哲学,它是一门党性、实践性、群众性、综合性、开放性很强的科学和社会活动。“理、情、利”(教育、感情、物质利益)是工会工作不可缺一的砝码。要有效地克服企业工会工作的疲软、弱化,就必须相应地加大这三项投入,强化工会工作的正效应。
