及时控制各类食品安全事故,最大限度地减少食品安全事故的危害,保障公众身体健康与生命安全,维护正常的社会秩序,是各级卫生监督部门和疾病预防控制机构所面临的重要工作任务。2003年至2005年厦门市共发生各类食品安全事故66起,卫生监督部门与疾病预防控制机构相互配合,共同把食品安全事故的影响降低到最低限度。但在处置食品安全事故的过程中,我们也发现存在一些问题,这些问题与其它地区有些雷同。现将情况报告如下:
It is an important task for health supervision departments and disease prevention and control agencies at all levels to timely control various types of food safety accidents, minimize the harms of food safety accidents, ensure the public’s health and life safety, and maintain normal social order. From 2003 to 2005, a total of 66 food safety accidents occurred in Xiamen City. Health supervision departments and disease prevention and control agencies cooperated with each other to reduce the impact of food safety accidents to a minimum. However, during the handling of food safety incidents, we also found that there are some problems that are similar to those in other regions. The situation is now reported as follows:
