如今,厂务公开作为市场经济新形势下企业民主管理的有效实现形式,越来越受到企业领导和职工的欢迎。关于厂务公开的好处我们听到最多的一句话,就是“给职工一个明白,还领导一个清白”。厂务公开拉近了企业与职工的距离,增加了职工对企业领导的信任,调动了职工的生产积极性。然而细观一些企业厂务公开栏,就不难发现一个普遍的现象,讲成绩的多,讲问题的少;讲正确的多,讲失误的少。有些单位甚至根本就不公开企业的阴暗面,之所以会出现这种现象,不外乎以下几种原因:
