对１３７条麻风反应性神经炎进行了研究，结果发现反应性神经炎最多见于界线类及ＬＬ麻风，平均在ＭＤＴ后１３．３５月左右出现，４３．８０％的神经炎导致畸残，其中７８．３３％为Ｉ型反应所致。
137 leprosy-responsive neuritis was studied and found that reactive neuritis found in the line and LL leprosy, with an average of about 13.35 months after the MDT appeared, 43.80% of neuritis cause disability, of which 78 .33% for the type I reaction.
