一、前言目前,利用新控轧法生产的船用50公斤级高强度钢正受到重视。这类钢已部份应用于船舶和寒冷海域的海洋建筑物,预计今后将会迅速扩大为通用的钢种。过去,船用50公斤级高强度钢中的DH32和DH36钢也用控轧法生产。而本文所指的新控轧法是过去20年来以制管用板材为主要对象所进行的研制和应用的控轧方法,是以细化晶粒和强韧化处理代替热处理,与以往应用的控轧技术有所区别。尤其是最近,控轧和控制冷却相结合的工艺已在技术上和设备上得到确立,并正向实用过渡,而这种工艺仍属于新控轧法的范畴。
I. Introduction At present, the 50 kg class high-strength steel for marine use produced by the new controlled rolling method is being taken seriously. This type of steel, which has been used in part in marine and offshore structures in cold seas, is expected to rapidly expand into common grades in the future. In the past, DH32 and DH36 steels in marine 50kg high-strength steels were also produced by controlled rolling. The new controlled rolling method referred to in this paper is a controlled rolling method developed and applied in the past 20 years in the field of pipe making and sheet metal making. It uses grain refinement and strengthening treatment instead of heat treatment. Compared with the conventional control Rolling technology differ. Especially recently, the combination of controlled rolling and controlled cooling has been technically and equipmentally established, and the transition to a positive and practical way is still within the scope of the new controlled rolling method.
