本文尝试运用人力资源的理论视角与分析视角,深入探讨了老年教育在国家发展中的重要作用与战略地位。笔者认为,老年教育不仅关乎老年群体自身需要,而且从社会、家庭层面来讲都有助于老年人力资源的开发,尤其是还能间接节约家庭照料的人力资源成本。同时,笔者总结了现有老年教育在组织结构与教育内容结构方面存在的主要问题,提出了老年教育需要进行结构优化的观点及其具体实施建议。
This paper attempts to use human resources theory and analysis perspective, in-depth discussion of the elderly education in the development of the country’s important role and strategic position. The author believes that education for the elderly is not only related to the needs of the elderly groups themselves, but also contributes to the development of human resources for the elderly at the social and family levels. In particular, it also indirectly saves the cost of human resources for family care. At the same time, the author summarizes the main problems existing in the current structure of the elderly education and the structure of the educational content, and puts forward the viewpoint that the elderly education needs to be structurally optimized and its specific implementation suggestions.
