非晶态聚环氧氯丙烷大分子链具有醚键,因此柔韧性和粘附性好。其肉桂酸酯是一种灵敏度和分辨效果均十分优良的光致抗蚀剂。本文提出用核磁共振谱和红外光谱法测定聚环氧氯丙烷肉桂酸酯脂化度,为控制合成反应提供了一个快速测定手段。
Amorphous polyepichlorohydrin macromolecular chains with ether bonds, so good flexibility and adhesion. Its cinnamate is a very good sensitivity and resolution of the photoresist. This paper presents the use of NMR and FTIR spectrophotometric determination of polyepichlorohydrin cinnamic acid esterification degree, in order to control the synthesis reaction provides a rapid measurement.
