连续薄层色谱是分离结构相似的多组分的有效方法。连续展开的主要方式是让展到顶端的溶剂自由挥发,以延长展开时间,提高分离效果。又由于挥发的溶剂要污染实验室,须在通风橱内进行,而通风状况和温度变化又影响实验的重复性。为了克服上述缺点,有人于薄层板顶端加吸附剂以吸收溶剂。本文介绍用滤纸夹于层析板上部吸收溶剂的连续薄层析,并用它成功地分离出黄曲霉毒素B、B_2、G_2、G_2及其它难以分离的物质。
Continuous thin-layer chromatography is an effective method for separating multiple components with similar structure. Continuous expansion of the main way is to show the top of the solvent free volatilization, in order to extend the deployment time, improve the separation effect. And because the volatile solvent to contaminate the laboratory, to be carried out in the fume hood, and ventilation and temperature changes in turn affect the reproducibility of the experiment. In order to overcome the above disadvantages, some people add adsorbent to the top of the thin plate to absorb the solvent. This paper presents a continuous thin-layer chromatogram of filter paper sandwiched between the top and bottom of a chromatographic plate and used to successfully isolate aflatoxins B, B_2, G_2, G_2 and other substances that are difficult to separate.
