中华民族传统体育在华夏传统文化背景下形成了丰富而独特的娱乐特色。这些娱乐特色主要体现在,与自然的和谐发展,与中华传统价值观的结合,与传统节日的密切关系,以及对少数民族娱乐特色的保留。挖掘和理解这些娱乐特色,将有助于现代体育走向更加人性化的可持续发展。
