我国对于清真饮食有要求的有超过2000万人,但是关于清真食品尚没有统一的国家标准,对于清真食品市场的管理也比较混乱。这些都亟待国家层面的立法来加以规制。本文从立法中的必要性和可行性理论两个方面来讨论对清真食品立法的重要性。
There are more than 20 million people in China who request halal food, but there is no unified national standard on halal food and the management of the halal food market is rather chaotic. These are urgently needed at the national level to regulate the legislation. This article discusses the importance of halal food legislation from two aspects: the necessity of legislation and the feasibility theory.
