本文通过6例同种异体肾脏移植术成功的报道，说明在有充足供体的条件下，应集中病员统一进行组织配型，适者选用，可减少治疗费用。在本地区气温较高的情况下，采用连体灌注，缩短热缺血时间，提高植肾手术成功及肾功能的早期恢复，采用三联（环孢素A、激素、硫唑嘌呤）及低剂量环孢素A可达到有效的抗免疫排斥作用。
This article through the successful report of 6 cases of allograft kidney transplantation, indicating that there is sufficient donor conditions, should focus on patients with a unified tissue matching, the choice of the fittest, can reduce the cost of treatment. Siamese (ciclosporin A, hormone, azathioprine) and low dose (cyclosporin A, hormone, azathioprine) were used to improve the success of renal transplantation and early recovery of renal function by using Siamese perfusion to shorten the warm ischemia time, Cyclosporin A can achieve effective anti-immune rejection.
