[目的 ]调查手术室使用碘伏消毒剂污染假单胞菌情况 ,探讨解决办法。[方法 ]依据 GB 15 982 - 1995及卫生部颁《消毒技术规范》进行检测。 [结果 ]共检测使用过程中碘伏消毒剂 11份 ,2份检出假单胞菌。经测定污染有假单胞菌的碘伏消毒剂有效碘含量分别为 370 mg/L与 2 5 6 mg/L ;染菌量高达 2 .72× 10 7cfu/ml与 1.2 8× 10 8cfu/ml,在碘伏中存活期长达 7～ 10周。 [结论 ]应加强对使用过程中消毒剂污染菌的监测 ;消毒剂的配制、使用应严格按规范进行。
[Objective] To investigate the use of iodophor disinfectant in the operating room to pollute Pseudomonas and explore the solution. [Method] According to GB 15 982 - 1995 and Ministry of Health issued the “Disinfection Technical Code” for testing. [Result] A total of 11 iodophor disinfectants and 2 samples of Pseudomonas were detected during use. The effective iodine concentrations of iodophor disinfectants contaminated with Pseudomonas were 370 mg / L and 256 mg / L, respectively. The infection rates were as high as 2.72 × 10 7 cfu / ml and 1.2 8 × 10 8 cfu / ml , The survival period in iodophor up to 7 to 10 weeks. [Conclusion] The monitoring of disinfectant bacteria in the process of using should be strengthened; the preparation and use of disinfectant should be strictly according to the specification.
