当今教育界,不乏一些教学能力非常强的校长由于教师的不满而无法开展工作,被主管机关忍痛割爱或免职或调任,从而为教育教学带来影响和损失。究其原因是校长的领导方式和为人处事挫伤了教师的情感,即校长与教师的人际关系不和谐。畅通沟通渠道,提高沟通技巧有利于校长构建和谐的人际关系,而和谐的人际关系是校长推动教育改革,提高教学质量的积极因素。
In today’s education sector, there are quite a few principals who are very poor in teaching ability, unable to carry out their work due to teachers’ dissatisfaction, and have been reluctantly removed or relocated by the competent authorities so as to exert influence and loss on education and teaching. The reason is that the principals’ leadership style and people acting frustrated the teacher’s emotion, that is, the principal’s relationship with teachers is not harmonious. Smooth communication channels and improving communication skills are conducive to the principals in building harmonious interpersonal relationships, and harmonious interpersonal relationships are positive factors for the principals in promoting education reform and improving teaching quality.
