在设计 HXM 76型十五工位精密组合铣床过程中,为了缩短机床工作台的转位时间,加快机床工作节拍,改善机构的动力性能,使转位运动更加稳定可靠,设计了椭园齿轮——单销马氏轮联合转位机构。这是将非园形齿轮应用于机床变速传动中的一个实例。本文主要对该机构的实际使用效果、设计原理与计算、机构的运动学分析以及在设计中应注意的若干问题进行了阐述。该机构对于多工位组合机床、自动线或需要快速转位的机械来说,都可以运用。文中对于椭园齿轮的设计步骤作了简要说明,可供有关人员参考。
