通过盆栽和大田试验,研究了氮镉交互作用下不同改良剂(有机肥、双氰胺和石灰)对辣椒品质的影响。结果表明:在试验范围内,有机肥处理与对照相比均显著提高了辣椒中干物质和叶绿素的含量;3种改良剂的施用均降低了辣椒中Vc、可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白以及镉与硝酸盐的含量,对Vc的影响是对照>石灰>有机肥>双氰胺,但是盆栽中石灰、有机肥与对照间差异不显著;对可溶性蛋白来说:对照>双氰胺>石灰>有机肥,但盆栽中双氰胺、石灰处理间差异不显著,大田中3种改良剂处理间差异均不显著;对于可溶性糖来说:对照>有机肥>双氰胺>石灰,但在大田中双氰胺、有机肥处理间差异不显著;有机肥、石灰、双氰胺处理与对照相比,盆栽和大田中辣椒镉的累积量分别降低5.37%、30.99%、35.95%和52.75%、84.62%、86.26%;双氰胺、有机肥、石灰处理与对照相比,盆栽和大田中硝酸盐的累积量分别降低21.78%、31.37%、35.90%和12.67%、25.51%、34.68%。
Pot experiments were conducted to study the effects of different amendments (organic fertilizer, dicyandiamide and lime) on the quality of pepper under the interaction of nitrogen and cadmium. The results showed that the contents of dry matter and chlorophyll in pepper were significantly increased by organic manure compared with the control in the experimental range. Vc, soluble sugar, soluble protein, cadmium and nitric acid Salt content, the impact on the Vc is the control> lime> organic fertilizer> dicyandiamide, but the pot of lime, organic fertilizer and the control difference was not significant; for soluble protein: control> dicyandiamide> lime> organic fertilizer , But there was no significant difference between the treatments of dicyandiamide and lime in the pot. There was no significant difference among the three treatments in the field. For the soluble sugar, the control was> organic fertilizer> dicyandiamide> lime, but in the field, Cyanamide and organic manure had no significant difference among the treatments. Compared with the control, organic manure, lime and dicyandiamide accumulated 5.37%, 30.99%, 35.95% and 52.75%, 84.62% , 86.26% respectively. Compared with the control, the accumulations of nitrate in pot and field decreased by 21.78%, 31.37%, 35.90% and 12.67%, 25.51% and 34.68%, respectively.
