应用劳动力吸收方式分解模型的基本原理,对中国国有工业企业资本积累对就业的排斥状况进行实证检验。结果表明,我国国有工业部门在近50年的发展历程中,资本密集型技术选择对就业产生了相当的排斥。对于一个人口众多的发展中国家来说,这种排斥的代价是巨大的。
Applying the basic principle of labor absorption decomposition model, this paper empirically tests the exclusion of employment by capital accumulation in China’s state-owned industrial enterprises. The results show that in the past 50 years of development of the state-owned industrial sector in our country, capital-intensive technology choices have created considerable exclusion on employment. For a populous developing country, the cost of such exclusion is enormous.
