目的:探讨医院友好度建设对缓解医患关系,提高社会满意度的意义。方法:将桐庐县中医院医患友好度试点前、中、后,进行社会满意度评价调查,观察指标的变化。结果:医患友好度试点后,患者、百人体验观察团和医职人员的社会评价满意度均有不同程度的提升。结论:医患友好度建设通过优化就医流程、改善医疗环境、提升服务质量、畅通医患沟通等措施,改善了病人看病就医感受,缓解了医患紧张关系,总体上达到了公众的预期。
Objective: To explore the significance of friendly hospital construction to relieve the doctor-patient relationship and improve social satisfaction. Methods: Tonglu County Chinese medicine hospital doctor-patient friendly degree before, during and after the social satisfaction survey to observe changes in indicators. Results: After the doctor-patient friendly test, the social evaluation satisfaction of the patients, the 100-person experience observer group and the medical staff were all improved to some extent. Conclusion: The construction of doctor-patient friendliness has improved the doctor’s medical experience by alleviating the tension between doctor and patient by optimizing the process of medical treatment, improving the medical environment, improving the service quality and smoothing the communication between doctor and patient, which has generally met the expectation of the public.
