目的:研究益肾骨康方对小鼠体外成骨作用的影响。方法:Wistar大鼠灌胃益肾骨康方以提取含药血清,以蒸馏水灌胃获取对照血清,作用于体外培养的小鼠骨髓间充质干细胞。以生长实验、碱性磷酸酶染色实验、茜红素染色实验分别检测益肾骨康方含药血清对生长速率、成骨分化及成骨矿化作用的影响。结果:益肾骨康方含药血清体外可增加骨髓间充质干细胞的生长速率,增加其成骨分化及矿化程度,具有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:益肾骨康方对小鼠的成骨有促进作用。
Objective: To study the effect of YKGG on osteogenesis in mice. Methods: Wistar rats were fed with Yishen Gukang decoction to extract medicated serum, distilled water was used to get control serum by gavage, and then used to effect the mouse bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells cultured in vitro. The growth experiment, alkaline phosphatase staining experiment, and the alizarin staining experiment were used to test the effects of YLST on the growth rate, osteogenic differentiation and osteogenesis. Results: YSKG serum could increase the growth rate of bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells in vitro and increase their osteogenic differentiation and mineralization, with statistical significance (P <0.05). Conclusion: Yishen Gukang decoction can promote osteogenesis in mice.
