目的了解汉、壮、瑶族健康儿童血清胰岛素样生长因子(IGF-1)和胰岛素样生长因子结合蛋白3(IGFBP-3)的水平及变化特点,为探索儿童生长发育影响因素提供参考。方法采用序列研究法,于2013年4—5月选取广西7,10,13岁的汉、壮、瑶族儿童共598名,在2014—2015年相同时段用酶联免疫法(ELISA)进行血清IGF-1,IGFBP-3水平检测,连续3年,获得7~15岁的年龄别均值。分析儿童血清IGF-1,IGFBP-3水平及年度、民族、增幅差异。结果男生3年的IGF-1水平依次为136.29,117.81,92.63μg/L,女生为135.52,114.81,89.20μg/L;男生3年的IGFBP-3水平分别为68.38,53.39,51.03μg/L,女生为66.77,52.81,51.02μg/L。年度间差异均有统计学意义(F值分别为5.21,20.29,P值均<0.01)。各年龄组血清IGF-1,IGFBP-3水平均为逐年下降,男、女生2个指标均以13岁组最高。3年合计的血清IGF-1水平男、女生均为瑶族最高,壮族次之,汉族最低(P值均<0.01);血清IGFBP-3水平民族间差异无统计学意义。按入组年龄,男、女生IGF-1,10,13岁组为瑶族>壮族>汉族(P值均<0.01);IGFBP-3男女生7岁组均为壮族>汉族>瑶族,女生10岁组为壮族>瑶族>汉族,差异均有统计学意义。结论汉、壮、瑶族儿童的血清IGF-1,IGFBP-3水平的年度和民族差异均有统计学意义,且无随年龄变化的规律。需扩大样本、延长观察时间并开发更为成熟稳定的检测手段继续进行研究。
Objective To investigate the levels and changes of serum insulin-like growth factor (IGF-1) and insulin-like growth factor binding protein 3 (IGFBP-3) in children of Han, Zhuang and Yao ethnic groups and to provide references for exploring the influencing factors of children’s growth and development. METHODS: A total of 598 Han, Zhuang and Yao children aged 7, 10, and 13 from Guangxi were selected from April to May in 2013. Serum IGF -1, IGFBP-3 levels for 3 consecutive years to obtain the average age of 7 to 15 years old. Analysis of children with serum IGF-1, IGFBP-3 levels and annual, ethnic differences. Results The levels of IGF-1 in boys for three years were 136.29,117.81,92.63μg / L and 135.52,114.81,89.20μg / L for girls. The levels of IGFBP-3 in boys for three years were 68.38,53.39 and 51.03μg / L respectively, Girls were 66.77,52.81,51.02μg / L. The differences between the two groups were statistically significant (F values were 5.21,20.29, P <0.01). The levels of serum IGF-1 and IGFBP-3 in each age group decreased year by year, and the two indexes of males and females were the highest in 13-year-old group. The serum IGF-1 levels of three years combined were the highest in Yao and the lowest in Zhuang and the lowest in Han (P <0.01). There was no significant difference among the ethnic groups in serum IGFBP-1 level. According to the age of enrollment group, IGF-1 in male and female groups were Yao> Zhuang> Han (P <0.01); IGFBP-3 boys and girls in 7-year-old group were Zhuang> Han> Group Zhuang> Yao> Han, the differences were statistically significant. Conclusion The annual and ethnic differences of serum IGF-1, IGFBP-3 levels in Han, Zhuang and Yao children are statistically significant, but no change with age. Need to expand the sample, to extend the observation time and the development of more mature and stable detection methods to continue the study.
