破膜血球蛋白 (AP -301)对中华鳖一类需要较高饲料蛋白质水平的肉食性水产动物是较为理想的动物蛋白源之一。本文用4种等氮幼鳖配合饲料养殖对比试验 ,充分证实了这一点。试验表明 :添加10 %AP -301、16 %白鱼粉、26 %国产鱼粉、无α -淀粉、含蛋白质45.2 %的幼鳖配合饲料的养殖效果(总增重与饲料系数 )与添加50 %白鱼粉、11.4 %国产鱼粉、22.6 %α -淀粉、无AP -301,而蛋白质含量相等的对照饲料相比,养殖效果没有显著性差异,而饲料成本下降32.35 %。另二种添加AP -301比例较高(15 %)或较低(8 %),且加有α -淀粉的饲料,其养殖效果都比添加10 %的差,饲料成本要高,但与对照饲料相比,差异也不显著
Rupture blood globulin (AP-301) is one of the more ideal animal protein sources for a family of carnivorous aquatic animals that require higher feed protein levels.
