针对塔中地区碳酸盐岩裂缝性地层特点及MSF正电胶水基钻井液稳定性差,泥饼厚,粘附系数大等缺点,研制出一套适合于该地区的新型钻井液体系——JHH。通过室内的性能评价表明,该体系流变性好;抗劣土侵污能力强;在130℃下热滚12h的回收率达87.3%;渗透率恢复值大于85%,储层保护好;泥饼粘附系数<0.2,润滑性好;单剂及体系荧光级小于3.0级,满足打探井要求;单剂及钻井液体系的Ec50值大于30000mg/L,无污染,因而可满足环境保护要求。该体系已在塔中某井现场试验,结果性能稳定,维护方便,有良好的推广应用前景。
Aiming at the characteristics of carbonate fractured strata in Tazhong area and the poor stability of MSF positive-electrode cement-based drilling fluid, thick mud cake and large adhesion coefficient, a set of new drilling fluid system suitable for this area was developed - JHH .
