一直以来,业界对服务外包尚未有权威的诠释和定义,其内涵和外延界定分歧较大,而且,服务外包过时论亦不绝于耳。本文从企业间分工、国内分工和国际分工的视角分析了服务外包发展的根本动因,提出了服务外包是智力资源整合的有效手段,揭示了服务外包的本质属性是服务业务流程外包。此外,文章还论述了服务外包与服务贸易的关系,指出了服务外包泛智能化的最新发展趋势。
All along, there is no authoritative interpretation and definition of service outsourcing in the industry, and the connotation and extension of the service outsource the definition is quite different. Moreover, the outdated service outsourcing is also endless. This paper analyzes the fundamental motivation of service outsourcing from the perspective of division of labor, domestic division of labor and international division of labor. It puts forward that service outsourcing is an effective means to integrate intellectual resources, and reveals that the essential attribute of service outsourcing is service business process outsourcing. In addition, the article also discusses the relationship between service outsourcing and service trade, and points out the latest trend of pan-intelligent service outsourcing.
