使用40对SSR引物分析了8个省区天然野生大豆种群的遗传结构和遗传多样性。结果表明:15个种群共检测到633个等位基因,平均每对引物等位变异基因数平均值15.83个;种群平均Shannon指数(Ⅰ)0.7835,种群平均期望杂合度(He)0.4070,种群平均观察杂合度(Ho)0.0012,平均种群内遗传多样度(Hs)0.4277,平均种群间遗传多样度(DST)0.4543,种群分化系数(GST)0.5151;供试的15个天然野生大豆种群可分为4组,基本存在于2个地理分布区,天津以北地理区遗传多样性较高。
Forty pairs of SSR primers were used to analyze the genetic structure and genetic diversity of natural wild soybean population in eight provinces. The results showed that 633 alleles were detected in 15 populations, with an average of 15.83 alleles per primer pair. The mean Shannon index (Ⅰ) was 0.7835, the average expected heterozygosity (He) was 0.4070, The observed heterozygosity (Ho) 0.0012, average intraspecific genetic diversity (Hs) 0.4277, average inter-population genetic diversity (DST) 0.4543 and population differentiation coefficient (GST) 0.5151; 4 groups, basically exist in 2 geographical distribution areas, and the geographical diversity in north of Tianjin is higher.
