电子显微结构计算机辅助分析方法是人们借助于计算机软件解释、分析电镜图象信息以获得图象所包含的结构信息。我们开发研究了适合于无机材料结构辅助分析软件包VEM,它可以在纳米水平上形成、显示各种结构模型,并用现代键价理论验证这些结构模型,最后再用多层法进行象的模拟计算。同时亦能进行物相的辅助分析以及电子衍射指标化工作。在软件结构上采用模块化,由数据库传递数据给各功能块,数据介面简洁明了。VEM的操作采用菜单式选择功能,人机对话形式输入计算参数。我们可以将沿给定方向的结构投影理解为二维图形,从而利用计算机图形技术对结构投影进行编辑。
Electronic microstructure Computer-aided analysis method is that people use the help of computer software to interpret and analyze the electronic image information to get the image information contained in the structure.
