对寄生在茶树、栀子花上的日本龟蜡蚧雌蚧体重、长短径积、厚度与产卵量之间的相关性分析结果表明,它们之间的相关性均达极显著水平,其中体重(x)与产卵量(y)的相关关系最为显著,且在测报中最简便实用。其方程式分别为。其卵期发育起点温度(C)和有效积温(K)分别为C_茶树=15.5℃±1.0℃、K_茶树=199.2(DD),C_栀子=15.0℃±0.8℃、K_栀子=216.44(DD)。
