很早就有人进行过油酸镁的制备及性质的研究。于1914年间,Newman第一个提出了油酸镁(苯溶液)乳化性能的研究报告,继后有Briggs,Wellman等也发表过这一方面的报导;Bichard(1938)则研究了油酸镁的制备問題。但是,油酸镁試用作軟膏乳化剂是在最近才由和(1957)提出的。他們的研究結果表明:油酸鎂的乳化力较羊毛脂强,25%油酸鎂凡士林基质能乳化20~30%的水,形成稳定的乳剂性基质。鉴于油酸镁制法簡便,原料易得,在目前我国国內向無較好的软膏乳化剂生产的情况下,有可能推广应用,因此作者对油酸鎂进行了进一步的研究,目的是寻求油酸鎂用作軟膏乳化剂时的适用范围和应用条件,以供应用时参考。
The preparation and properties of magnesium oleate have been studied very early. In 1914, Newman first presented a research report on the emulsifying properties of magnesium oleate (benzene solution), followed by Briggs, Wellman et al. also published this report; Bichard (1938) studied magnesium oleate. Preparation problems. However, the trial of magnesium oleate as an ointment emulsifier was recently proposed by Sum (1957). Their research results show that magnesium oleate has stronger emulsification power than lanolin, and 25% magnesium oleate Vaseline matrix can emulsify 20-30% of water to form a stable emulsion matrix. Since magnesium oleate preparation method is simple and the raw materials are readily available, it may be popularized and applied in the present situation where there is no better ointment emulsifier production in China. Therefore, the author conducted further research on magnesium oleate in order to seek oil. The scope of application and application conditions of magnesium acid when used as ointment emulsifiers are referenced for supply use.
