目的 观察单纯性肥胖青少年女学生减肥前后血压、血糖、血脂、血胰岛素变化 ,探讨科学减肥方法。方法 抽取普通高校和普通中学正在减肥的青少年女学生 12 0名 ,试验组 6 0例采用有氧运动 +合理饮食 +行为矫正和医务监督等方法 ,对照组 6 0例采取自由减肥 ,10月后判断效果 ,并进行对照比较。结果 试验组女学生减肥后血压、血糖、血甘油三酯、血胰岛素浓度较减肥前明显降低 (P <0 .0 5 )。对照组与减肥前比较无显著差异 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 该减肥方法可有效降低单纯性肥胖青少年女学生血压、血糖、血脂 ,改善体内胰岛素的抵抗作用并降低血胰岛素水平 ,对高血压、糖尿病的发生有一定预防作用 ,能达到健康减肥要求。
Objective To observe the changes of blood pressure, blood glucose, blood lipid and insulin before and after weight loss in simple obese adolescent girls and to discuss the methods of scientific weight loss. Methods A total of 120 young female students who were losing weight in ordinary colleges and middle schools were recruited. Sixty patients in the experimental group were treated with aerobic exercise, reasonable diet, behavioral correction and medical supervision. Sixty patients in the control group were given free weight diet. After 10 months Judge the effect, and compare the control. Results The blood pressure, blood glucose, blood triglyceride and blood insulin levels of the female students in the experimental group were significantly lower than those before the weight loss (P <0.05). There was no significant difference between the control group and before weight loss (P> 0.05). Conclusion The method of weight loss can effectively reduce the blood pressure, blood glucose, blood lipid, improve the insulin resistance and reduce the level of insulin in the obese adolescent girl students. It can prevent the occurrence of hypertension and diabetes and achieve the healthy weight loss requirements.
