变径管是工业管道中常用部件。它形状各异,种类繁多,但主要是同心和偏心两大类。其展开线长的求得,通常是采用放实样的方法。此法费工,所得尺寸也不精确。在实践中运用数学计算展开线长,不但提高工效,而且保证尺寸准确。同心变径管有大方小圆、大圆小方及大长方小圆、大圆小长方等四种。前两种计算公式相同,后两种计算公式也相同。前两种中以大方小圆为例,后两种中以大圆小长方为例。其余省略。
Reducers are commonly used components in industrial pipelines. It varies in shape and variety, but it is mainly concentric and eccentric. The length of the development line is usually determined by using a real sample method. This method is expensive and the resulting size is not accurate. In practice, the use of mathematical calculations to develop line lengths not only improves ergonomics but also ensures accurate dimensions. There are four types of concentric reducer: generous small round, large round small square, large square small round, and large round small square. The first two formulas are the same, and the latter two formulas are the same. In the first two cases, Daxiao Xiaoyuan is taken as an example, and the latter two are exemplified by Da Xiao Xiao Fang.
