问题学生的教育和转化一直以来都是学校、班主任工作的难点之一,既是许多教师一直探讨和思索的问题,也是让家长们感到棘手的问题。很多学校都把问题学生的转化工作作为学校工作的重中之重,问题学生能否有好的转变甚至已成为整个学生教育的关键。尤其在卫生学校这类中职学校中,学生普遍自我约束能力差,文化基础薄弱,这就使得对这类学校中的个别问题学生的教育工作更加难以深入。笔者结合自己多年的教学经验,总结出“度”、“时”、“序”、“法”四个关键字,与广大同仁共同探讨。
Problems The education and transformation of students has always been one of the most difficult tasks for schools and class teachers. It is not only a question that many teachers have been discussing and thinking about, but also a problem that parents feel difficult. Many schools regard the transformation of students in question as the top priority of their work in schools. The question whether students have a good transition has even become the key to education for all students. Especially in secondary vocational schools such as health schools, students generally have poor self-restraint and weak cultural foundation, which makes it more difficult to further educate students on some specific problems in such schools. The author combined his years of teaching experience, summed up “degree ”, “hour ”, “sequence ”, “law ” four keywords, with the majority of colleagues to discuss.
