据中华慈善总会公布的数据表明,截至 2005年,中国慈善机构获得的捐助总额约50亿元人民币,只相当于中国2004年 GDP的0．05％。而美国同类数字为2．17％, 英国为0．88％,加拿大为0．77％。这一数字实际上表明了目前中国慈善事业的一个真实面貌。
According to data released by the China Charity Federation, the total amount of donations received by Chinese charities as of 2005 was about 5 billion yuan, equivalent to only 0.05% of China’s GDP in 2004. While U.S. figures of 2.17%, Britain 0.88% and Canada 0.77%. This figure actually shows a true picture of China’s charity.
