通过液体和固体培养方式研究硒对黄绿蜜环菌(Armillaria luteo-virens)生长的影响及其发酵液对中华羊茅(Festuca sinensis)种子萌发特性的化感作用。结果表明:与无硒培养基相比,浓度为1.0 mmol·L-1~8.0 mmol·L-1亚硒酸钠对菌落直径和菌丝体生物量具有显著抑制作用(P<0.05)。黄绿蜜环菌富硒发酵液对中华羊茅幼苗生长指标的化感作用表现在稀释倍数越小,抑制作用越大;对幼苗不同生长指标的抑制作用由高至低依次为根长、苗长、苗鲜重、根鲜重;各生长指标之间存在显著的正相关性。
The effects of selenium on the growth of Armillaria luteo-virens and the allelopathic effects of fermented broth on the seed germination characteristics of Festuca sinensis were studied by liquid and solid culture methods. The results showed that sodium selenite with a concentration of 1.0 mmol·L-1 ~ 8.0 mmol·L-1 significantly inhibited the colony diameter and mycelial biomass compared with the non-selenium-containing medium (P <0.05). The allelopathic effect of Armillaria yellow fungus Se-enriched fermentation broth on the growth index of Chinese Fescue seedlings showed that the smaller the dilution, the greater the inhibition; the inhibition of different growth indicators of seedlings from high to low in order of root length, seedling Length, seedling weight, fresh weight; there is a significant positive correlation between the growth indexes.
