近期,中国水稻研究所水稻基因组模块创新团队研究发现,水稻体内烟酰胺腺嘌呤二核苷酸(NAD:Nicotinamide Adenine Dinucleotide)合成途径受阻能够导致其叶部提前衰老,而对这一途径中的关键限速基因的克隆和功能解析有利于探究一种新的延缓水稻叶片衰老的方法,进而为水稻增产提供新思路。该研究成果4月6日在线发表于《植物生理学(Plant Physiology)》杂志。
