南芬北山矿石属难磨难选的磁-赤混合矿石,生产中金属流失严重。通过对现场磁选柱中矿及细筛筛上产品进行磨选试验研究,确定增加三段磨选工艺,充分解离矿石中的磁性铁,可有效提高磁性铁回收率。对北山尾矿进行磁-浮联合流程选矿试验研究,结果表明,采用预富集-磨矿-弱磁得精-强磁-阴离子反浮选流程,可获得品位58.67%、回收率61.60%的铁精矿,尾矿品位9.02%,相当于原矿金属回收率提高25%以上。试验结果可以为流程改造提供技术依据。
Nanfen Beishan ore is refractory hard to pick magnetic - red mixed ore, the production of metal loss serious. Through the grinding test on the products of the magnetic separation column and the fine sieve, it is confirmed that adding three stages of grinding process and fully dissociating the magnetic iron in the ore can effectively improve the magnetic iron recovery rate. The results show that the grade of 58.67% and the recovery rate of 61.60% can be obtained by pre-enrichment-grinding-weak magnetic de-sizing-strong magnetic-anion reverse flotation process Iron concentrate, tailings grade 9.02%, equivalent to the original ore metal recovery rate increased by 25% or more. The test results can provide the technical basis for the process reformation.
