In the increasingly fierce competition in the survey and design industry, international engineering companies have become an indisputable fact as the future direction of large-scale design institutes. From the statistics of domestic large-scale survey and design companies in recent years, it can also be seen that the proportion of project general contracting revenues continues to increase. In some areas of transformation earlier electric power, metallurgy, medicine, and chemical engineering, project general contracting has gradually become a project. The mainstream model of construction. However, for many small and medium-sized design institutes, the process of transitioning to engineering companies has been difficult, and even after the transition, there are many shortcomings that are difficult to overcome in terms of operations and management. To complete the smooth transition from design institutes to engineering companies, managers need to focus on and solve three issues.
