在原油中加入流动性改进剂,其目的在于改变蜡晶形态,降低蜡晶形成网络结构的温度和强度,从而降低原油凝固点和粘度,改善原油在低温下的流动性。文中详细介绍了在中洛输油管道上注入C-8361和C-8806改进剂的试验情况及降凝、降粘效果,并与室内试验结果相比较,认为中原原油中加入量为150ppm时经济效果较好。同时还指出改进剂的稳定性,原油热处理温度的选择及管道上设置清管设施的重要性。
The addition of a fluidity improver to the crude oil aims to change the morphology of the wax crystals and to reduce the temperature and the strength of the wax crystals forming the network structure, thereby reducing the freezing point and the viscosity of the crude oil and improving the fluidity of the crude oil at low temperatures. The paper introduces the experiment of injecting C-8361 and C-8806 improver on Zhongluo oil pipeline and the effect of pour point depressing and viscosity reducing. Compared with the indoor test results, it is considered that the economic effect of adding Zhongyuan crude oil to 150ppm it is good. At the same time also pointed out the stability of the improver, the choice of crude oil heat treatment temperature and the importance of pipe installation facilities.
