通过单因素考察及正交实验优化了微波辅助技术提取槐角总异黄酮的最佳提取条件.正交实验结果显示,当乙醇体积分数为60%,微波辐照时间为7 min,微波功率为500 W,提取温度为60℃,液固比(即每克槐角加入溶剂的量,简称液固比,下同)为12.5 mL/g时,槐角总异黄酮的提取率最大,为52.43%,所得产品w(槐角异黄酮)=36.78%.
The optimal extraction conditions of total isoflavones from Sophora japonica were optimized by single factor test and orthogonal experiment.The results of orthogonal experiment showed that when the volume fraction of ethanol was 60% and the microwave irradiation time was 7 min, the microwave power was 500 W, the extraction temperature was 60 ℃, the ratio of liquid to solid (ie, the amount of solvent added per gram of Huaijiao, referred to as the liquid to solid ratio, the same below) was 12.5 mL / g, the Huaijiao total isoflavones extraction rate was 52.43 %, The resulting product w (Sophora flavescens) = 36.78%.
