编辑同志: 批号是用于识别药品批的一组数字或数字加字母。可以追溯和审查药品的生产历史。然而笔者在药品监督检查中发现,目前药品批号标示很不规范,有的批号患者根本看不懂,医生无法用药。如某厂生产的注射用头孢曲松钠,标示批号分别为:OFL00497、OFL00297、OFL00397;某厂生产的注射用头孢拉啶标示批号6C405。这些药品都是规定有效期的药品,究竟是何年生产?用至何年何月何日?从标示批号上无法看出。
