研究了H-ZSM-5、H-MCM-41和氢型脱铝Y分子筛(简称H-DAY)在对甲氧基苯酚和甲基叔丁基醚反应合成3-叔丁基羟基茴香醚中的催化性能.研究表明,催化性能主要和催化剂的酸量、酸强度以及孔大小有关.其中,H-DAY由于其相对较大的总酸量和可容纳产物分子的孔径,在所考察的分子筛中表现出最高的反应活性,因此进一步考察了H-DAY催化作用下反应时间、反应温度、催化剂用量和原料配比等反应条件对反应活性和选择性的影响以及催化剂的重复使用性能.
The effects of H-ZSM-5, H-MCM-41 and H-MCM-41 on the reaction of 3-tert-butylhydroxyanisole with p-methoxyphenol and methyl tert-butyl ether .The results show that the catalytic performance is mainly related to the acidity, acid strength and pore size of the catalyst.H-DAY, due to its relatively large amount of total acid and the pore size of product molecules, H-DAY catalyst reaction time, reaction temperature, the amount of catalyst and the ratio of raw materials and other reaction conditions on the reactivity and selectivity of the catalyst and the repeated use of performance.
