Objective: To investigate the clinical study of tripterygium glycosides tablets combined with methotrexate in the treatment of active rheumatoid arthritis. Methods: Eighty patients with active rheumatoid arthritis who were diagnosed as active rheumatoid arthritis in our hospital from October 2015 to February 2016 were randomly divided into observation group (40 cases) and control group (40 cases), observation group Patients with triptolide tablets combined with methotrexate treatment of active rheumatoid arthritis, patients in the control group were given methotrexate treatment of active rheumatoid arthritis, the two groups of patients after treatment to improve the situation, morning stiffness Time, the number of joint pain and the number of joint tenderness; at the same time, we also need to analyze the improvement rate, satisfaction rate, inefficiency and total effective rate after treatment. Results: In the observation group, 34 cases were improved after treatment, the duration of morning stiffness was (35.4 ± 7.4) min, the number of joint swelling was (10.7 ± 1.2) and the number of joint tenderness was (12.3 ± 3.2). The control group After treatment, the condition was improved in 25 cases, the morning stiffness time was (64.1 ± 11.4) min, the number of joint swelling and pain was (14.3 ± 1.6) and (19.8 ± 1.9), the difference was statistically significant ( P <0.05). The satisfaction rate of the observation group was 73.34%, the improvement rate was 22.97%, the inefficiency rate was 3.69%, the total effective rate was 95.14%; the satisfaction rate of the control group was 67.21%, the improvement rate was 14.72%, the inefficiency rate was 18.07% The effective rate was 75.57%, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: The treatment of active rheumatoid arthritis with tripterygium glycosides combined with methotrexate is more effective than simple methotrexate in the treatment of active rheumatoid arthritis, which is worthy of promotion.
