目的分析疾病预防控制机构老年人力资源的开发与利用,阐述老年人力资源开发利用问题产生的原因和疾病预防控制机构开发老年人力资源的必要性,并提出对策与建议。方法根据新疆拜城县疾病预防控制中心的人员编制、在岗人数、人员结构等人力资源基本情况,采用理论分析的方法。结果长期以来,在疾病预防控制机构中老年人力资源得不到开发和利用,造成了老年人力资源的闲置和浪费。结论在目前疾病预防控制机构现有人员短缺的情况下,对老年人力资源的开发和利用有重要的现实意义。
Objective To analyze the development and utilization of elderly human resources in disease prevention and control institutions, explain the reasons for the problems in the development and utilization of human resources in the elderly and the necessity of developing the human resources for disease prevention and control in institutions for disease prevention and control, and put forward the countermeasures and suggestions. Methods According to the staffing system of Baicheng County Center for Disease Control and Prevention in Xinjiang, and the basic situation of human resources such as the number of post and staff structure, the method of theoretical analysis was used. Results For a long time, the development and utilization of elderly human resources in disease prevention and control institutions was not achieved, resulting in the idleness and waste of senior human resources. Conclusions Under the current shortage of personnel in CDC, there is an important practical significance for the development and utilization of elderly human resources.
