刘××男33岁住院号160908 右眼溅入玻璃21年,眼红、痛、视力下降1年。于1988年4月27日入院。1967年右眼被灯泡炸伤,急诊住院。当时右眼视力1.0,10点方位角膜缘外1mm 巩膜上有2.5mm 长的裂口,少许玻璃体嵌顿,房水闪光(+),晶体清晰,无脱位。下方眼底可见一隆起异物。X 片定位见异物在6点方位,角膜缘后9～15mm。曾两次手术均未取出。出院时右眼视力1.0,炎症消退,眼底下方偏外侧仍可见异物。出院后20年间,右眼未感任何不适,视力一直很好。入院前一年半开始,右眼视力逐渐下降,经常红痛。4个月前,视力明显下降,眼红、痛。右眼视力眼前手动,球结膜混合充血(++),角膜水肿,房水闪光(++)前房下方可见一透明、不规
