航天器在轨推进液加注使用的常规金属材料球锥密封面加注管接头,在太空环境以及大的接触应力条件下长期重复使用,磨损严重,且易发生冷焊,导致密封失效。采用陶瓷涂层和陶瓷镶块对加注管接头进行改进,对陶瓷复合加注管接头抗磨和密封性能进行实验测试,并与金属材料加注管接头进行比较。结果表明,采用陶瓷涂层和陶瓷镶块明显提升了加注管接头重复使用下的耐磨性和密封性,提升了加注管接头的使用次数。陶瓷镶块方案充分利用了陶瓷的硬度和耐磨性能,再加上接触面间采用不同材质避免了黏着磨损,密封效果最佳。
Conventional metal spheres on the spacecraft propulsion liquid refill used for long-term re-use under space conditions and large contact stress, severe wear and tear, and prone to cold welding, resulting in seal failure. The ceramic filler and the ceramic insert were used to improve the filler pipe joint. The anti-wear and the seal performance of the ceramic filler pipe joint were experimentally tested and compared with the metal filler pipe fittings. The results show that the use of ceramic coating and ceramic inserts significantly enhances the wear resistance and sealing performance of the filler pipe joint under repeated use and enhances the use frequency of the filler pipe joint. Ceramic inlay program takes full advantage of the ceramic hardness and wear resistance, coupled with the contact surface with different materials to avoid the adhesive wear, sealing the best.
