对不同激光功率,不同He保护气流量条件下CO2激光焊接A3钢实际拍摄的照片以及对应条件下焊缝的形貌进行了综合分析,给出了不同情况下飞溅颗粒的二维速度分布、初速度分布、飞溅分布的空间立体角、熔池小孔受力情况以及与焊缝形貌间的关系。本研究对深入分析激光焊接熔池的流动行为以及建立其运动学、动力学的数学模型有重要意义。
The actual photographs of CO2 laser welded A3 steel under different laser powers and different He shielding gas flows were analyzed and the morphology of the weld under the corresponding conditions was analyzed comprehensively. The two-dimensional velocity distribution of the splashed particles in different conditions was given. Velocity distribution, spatially distributed solid angle of spatter, stress of puddle holes and the relationship with the weld morphology. This study is of great significance for the further analysis of the flow behavior of laser welding puddle and the establishment of its mathematical model of kinematics and dynamics.
