采用生物化学方法研讨扇贝多肽(PCF)对小鼠60Co辐射损伤的保护作用。结果表明,PCF能显著 升高60Co辐射小鼠胸腺系数和脾系数;提高组织匀浆中SOD和GSH-Px活性,降低ROS和MDA含量,同时 提高总抗氧化能力,且PCF的作用呈剂量依赖性。提示PCF具有一定的抗辐射作用,这可能与其抗氧化及 能提高机体免疫功能有关。
Biochemical methods were used to study the protective effect of scallop peptide (PCF) on 60Co radiation damage in mice. The results showed that PCF can significantly increase the thymus and spleen coefficient of mice irradiated with 60Co; increase the activity of SOD and GSH-Px in the homogenate, decrease the content of ROS and MDA, and increase the total antioxidative capacity; and the effect of PCF is dose-dependent. Sex. It suggests that PCF has a certain anti-radiation effect, which may be related to its anti-oxidation and ability to improve the body’s immune function.
