用微量肉汤稀释法测定从慢性前列腺炎患者标本中分离的49株表皮葡萄球菌的抗菌活性及β-内酰胺酶。结果显示:美满霉素、白霉素有较强的抗菌作用,MIC50分别为0.25mg/L、1mg/L,MIC90分别为2mg/L、8mg/L。环丙沙星、氧氟沙星抗菌作用次之,MIC50分别为0.5mg/L、1mg/L,MIC90均为32mg/L。氨苄青霉素、林可霉素、淋必治抗菌作用较弱,MIC50分别为4mg/L、8mg/L、16mg/L,MIC90分别为32mg/L、64mg/L、32mg/L。表皮葡萄球菌对交沙霉素、阿奇红霉素、头孢拉定、罗红霉素及菌必治有较高抵抗作用,耐药率分别达42.86%、59.18%、63.27%、67.35%及75.51%。49株表皮葡萄球菌β-内酰胺酶阳性率为81.63%。研究表明表皮葡萄球菌的多重耐药性较多见,临床医师应根据药敏结果,选用有效的抗生素以控制表皮葡萄球菌的机会感染,防止耐药菌株产生
The antibacterial activity and β-lactamases of 49 strains of Staphylococcus epidermidis isolated from specimens of patients with chronic prostatitis were determined by micro broth dilution method. The results showed that minocycline and lecithin had strong antibacterial activity with MIC50 of 0.25mg / L and 1mg / L, MIC90 of 2mg / L and 8mg / L, respectively. Ciprofloxacin and ofloxacin followed the antibacterial effect, MIC50 were 0.5mg / L, 1mg / L, MIC90 were 32mg / L. Ampicillin, Lincomycin, and Linbitux were weaker with MIC50 of 4mg / L, 8mg / L, 16mg / L and MIC90 of 32mg / L, 64mg / L and 32mg / L, respectively. Staphylococcus epidermidis had higher resistance to jasminemycin, azithromycin, cephradine, roxithromycin and bacillus subtilis, and the rates of resistance were 42.86%, 59.18%, 63.27% , 67.35% and 75.51% respectively. The positive rate of Staphylococcus epidermidis beta-lactamase was 81.63%. Studies have shown that Staphylococcus epidermidis multi-drug resistance is more common, clinicians should be based on susceptibility results, the selection of effective antibiotics to control the chance of infection of Staphylococcus epidermidis, to prevent drug-resistant strains
