20世纪90年代以来,我国混凝土结构高层建筑迅速发展,钢筋混凝土结构体系积累了很多工程经验和科研成果。据国内外历次大地震的重要经验总结表明,注重高层建筑的概念设计,保证结构的整体性,是决定高层建筑结构抗震性能的重要因素。若结构严重不规则、整体性差,则按目前的结构设计及计算技术水平,较难保证结构的抗震性能。对建筑抗震进行简要的理论分析,从而探索高层建筑的设计理念及方法,以采取必要的抗震措施。
Since the 90s of 20th century, China’s rapid development of high-rise concrete structures, reinforced concrete structure system has accumulated a lot of engineering experience and scientific research. According to the summary of important experiences both at home and abroad during the previous major earthquakes, it is shown that focusing on the conceptual design of high-rise buildings and ensuring the integrity of structures is an important factor that determines the seismic performance of tall buildings. If the structure is serious and irregular, the overall poor, according to the current structural design and calculation of technical level, it is more difficult to ensure the seismic performance of the structure. A brief theoretical analysis of seismic building to explore high-rise building design concepts and methods to take the necessary seismic measures.
