水蒸气蒸馏法从芳樟醇型樟树的枝、叶中提取精油,测定其含油率,并用气相色谱仪和气-质联用对精油进行了定性和定量分析。研究发现,芳樟醇型樟树不同部位的精油含量及精油的化学成分含量有较大差异,树叶(嫩叶和老叶混合样,下同)中精油质量分数(1.39%)高于树枝(0.54%);树叶精油中芳樟醇质量分数(89.59%)高于树枝(74.49%);树叶精油中樟脑质量分数(0.61%)低于树枝(4.34%);树叶精油10月份采集的品质(芳樟醇92.69%、樟脑0.40%)优于7月份采集的(芳樟醇86.49%、樟脑0.82%)。
The essential oil was extracted from branches and leaves of linalool-type camphor tree by steam distillation. The oil content was determined. The qualitative and quantitative analysis of the essential oil was carried out by gas chromatography and gas chromatography / mass spectrometry. The results showed that the content of essential oil in different parts of linalool type camphor tree and the chemical composition of essential oil were quite different. The content of essential oil (1.39%) in the leaves (mixed leaves of young and old leaves, the same below) %). The content of linalool in tree leaf oil (89.59%) was higher than that of tree branch (74.49%), the content of camphor in leaf oil (0.61%) was lower than that of tree branch (4.34%), 92.69% of camphor and 0.40% of camphor) were superior to those collected in July (86.49% of linalool and 0.82% of camphor).
